The Encore Workforce Solutions program was created by Teresa Hanson who devoted her career to go-to-market planning, partner management and technology adoption for some of the world's largest industry leaders.

The idea was born when Teresa started seeing articles, blogs and industry research that highlighted trends and challenges related to recruiting and workforce management.

More than ever, businesses are struggling to find talent with the required experience who will add value quickly to the organization.  

And the business impact of the aging workforce is real -- there are not enough younger workers to make up for the skills and experience gap Baby Boomers & Gen Z will leave behind.   

Much has been written about this problem, but no one was actually doing anything to address the issue.
